PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS, DIGITAL ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, DAN DIGITAL CAPABILITIES TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI DIGITAL INNOVATION DISKOMINFO JATIM

Abstract
Inovasi digital pada bidang pemerintahan dapat terlihat pada penerapan e-government. Di Indonesia, banyak lembaga pemerintahan yang menerapkan e-government salah satunya DISKOMINFO JATIM. Akan tetapi, terdapat permasalahan penerapan inovasi digital seperti e-government tidak terintegrasi, teknologi yang tidak memadai, aplikasi yang masih minim, dan keterampilan TIK aparat negara yang masih belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh faktor kesuksesan implementasi inovasi digital dengan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hasil olahan data penelitian dan rekomendasi untuk DISKOMINFO JATIM dalam meningkatkan kesuksesam implementasi inovasi digital. Peneliti menggunakan Digital Innovation Model dengan melibatkan 196 pegawai DISKOMINFO JATIM sebagai responden kuesioner penelitian. Dari hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel Digital Innovation Model mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi inovasi digital pada DISKOMINFO JATIM secara positif. Melalui hasil tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan dan melestarikan kesiapan organisasi, budaya digital organisasi, kapabilitas digital, serta proses inovasi digital pada DISKOMINFO JATIM dengan mulai menciptakan kebijakan atau SOP yang fleksibel dan terbuka akan teknologi digital serta melakukan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital tiap pegawai.
