PENERAPAN ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES DALAM KLASIFIKASI PRIORITAS PERMASALAHAN OPERASIONAL BERBASIS WEB DI PT VUTEQ INDONESIA
Abstract
Pengelolaan laporan permasalahan operasional di PT Vuteq Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga penentuan prioritas penanganan belum berlangsung secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web yang mampu mengklasifikasikan prioritas permasalahan operasional menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Tahapan klasifikasi meliputi case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, transformasi TF-IDF, dan klasifikasi menggunakan Multinomial Naïve Bayes. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode Agile Development menggunakan Laravel dan MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, sedangkan UAT memperoleh nilai 85,73% yang termasuk kategori sangat layak. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu membantu proses penentuan prioritas laporan operasional secara lebih terstruktur dan konsisten.
