Chatbot berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) digunakan sebagai media pendukung kesehatan mental karena mudah diakses, bersifat anonim, dan responsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas chatbot berbasis AI dalam mendukung layanan kesehatan mental menggunakan metode Grounded Theory Literature Review (GTLR). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas chatbot ditentukan oleh kemampuan empatik, konsistensi respons, akurasi konten, dan personalisasi interaksi. Chatbot efektif sebagai pendukung awal dalam membantu stres dan kecemasan, namun belum mampu menggantikan peran tenaga profesional. Oleh karena itu, chatbot lebih tepat berperan sebagai pelengkap layanan kesehatan mental berbasis digital.
