Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis masa depan pekerjaan di tengah perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI), khususnya tentang peluang disrupsi dan kolaborasi manusia-AI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengumpulkan data dari jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat menggantikan jutaan pekerjaan biasa sekaligus membuka pekerjaan digital baru. Sementara AI menangani tugas analitis dan repetitif, masa depan kerja bergantung pada kolaborasi sinergis. Keterbatasan keterampilan serta kebutuhan akan peraturan etika adalah tantangan utama. Terakhir, daripada berfungsi sebagai pengganti manusia, kecerdasan buatan adalah alat transformasional yang memungkinkan perubahan dalam lingkungan kerja. Untuk memastikan bahwa AI menjadi peluang pemberdayaan, adaptasi melalui peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan lunak dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, industri, dan lembaga pendidikan diperlukan untuk keberhasilan di era ini.
